  • Engineering & Design
    Whether you’re building a brand-new facility or are expanding on your current facility, Houle can take you from early planning to drawings to construction.
  • Project Management
    Houle is equipped to manage any project as either a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor. Our team of highly qualified project managers are recognized for our ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Installation
    Prior to mobilization on-site, Houle conducts kick-off meetings with the project team. Meetings with the teams extend throughout the project. Similarly, installation planning continues throughout the project, with various planning sessions held to ensure that critical components of the project are properly managed.
  • Service & Maintenance
    Following project completion, Houle's dedicated Service Team is available for any of your post-project inquiries and maintenance support. All installation work is warranted by Houle 12-months after installation. You can enroll in an optional Service Maintenance Agreement that can incorporate numerous services to keep your facility fully functioning.

Houle’s Building Automation team provides customers with modern building automation systems (BAS) for HVAC, lighting control, energy monitoring, and system integration management and process controls applications.

We provide a mobile service fleet and remote diagnostics over modem, Wi-Fi, or the Web for immediate, around-the-clock service. Customers can also utilize remote notification, viewing, and control across multiple buildings through our custom Web development capabilities.
