Estimating
From budgeting to quotes to proposals, we provide estimating services for any project type. As an integrated service provider, our Estimating team can present a multi-discipline scope of work within a single estimate. The estimates can be based on customer-provided specifications, the contracted design team’s drafts, or from collaboration with our design team.

What’s your budget? We work with clients to create custom solutions that match your price point while looking for the best way to meet the facility’s requirements. We don’t sacrifice the quality of work or performance, instead looking to find a cost-effective blend of equipment and design.
DESIGN-ASSIST
With expert design skills across multiple disciplines, our team of in-house experts including engineers, technologists, lighting specialists, and project managers work closely with the entire project team to develop the concepts, drawings, specifications, operational documents, and training aids required to construct and operate a facility.
design-build
Expect faster delivery and shorter construction turnaround time as duplicate communication between design and construction is virtually eliminated. We identify long lead time items early in the process and complete procurement before the start of construction. By being involved in developing design concepts and documentation, our team makes sure subsequent change orders are significantly reduced in frequency and scope.
cad/bim
We’re early adopters of technology, which is why we employ the latest computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modelling (BIM) programs for pre-construction coordination. Using BIM for trade clash detection, we anticipate and manage potential problems before the start of construction, minimizing delay and rework costs.
planning
We meticulously plan out a roadmap for every project. From compiling a list of materials for the project and creating timelines for procurement, to synchronizing the project schedule with the other trades, our approach results in the delivery of projects on time and on budget.

We are equipped to manage any project as either a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor. Our team is recognized for their ability to deliver quality projects safely, on time, and within budget. Their expertise in both the field and the office is enhanced by on-site project experience. We take the time to understand our client’s overall goals, the scope of work details, and the cost implications of every scope item.
workforce management
With a large workforce and access to unionized electricians, we have an outstanding record for completing projects of all sizes and complexity. Our team includes experienced electricians, technicians, project managers, estimators, superintendents, and site supervisors. As a result of our geographical presence in BC, we can shift resources, especially key supervisory roles, throughout the province to meet demand.
subcontractor management
We have an established network of subcontractors–vetted by our prequalification process– who perform specialized activities such as civil work, scaffolding, trenching, coring, concrete, and line work. After reviewing the scope of a project, we select each subcontractor based on their cost, capability, location, and safety. Before they complete work on-site, we evaluate their performance and track it for future reference.
deployment & installation
Before mobilization on-site, we conduct kickoff meetings internally with the project team and externally with the client, trades, subtrades, and suppliers, to establish a common understanding of the project. Meetings with these teams extend throughout the project, with regular coordination meetings to facilitate communication. Similarly, installation planning continues throughout the project.
prefabrication
By preassembling components and delivering them to the construction site, we’re able to reduce our on-site footprint, minimize risks, and accelerate schedules. All prefabricated components are built using a standardized manufacturing process in a secure and controlled environment. This results in a higher quality product and oftentimes, an accelerated work schedule.
commissioning
Throughout the project, quality assurance and quality control measures are performed to ensure that all installed systems comply with the original design specification and the building is evaluated for operational readiness. With our in-house commissioning capability, we perform thorough checks and balances so once we have left the job site, the systems operate as intended and your operators are well-equipped to operate the facilities themselves.

Our relationship doesn’t end the moment a project is over. After construction, we offer ongoing service, preventive maintenance, 24/7 emergency service, and custom service packages.
