The New Surrey Hospital and BC Cancer Centre (NSHBCCC) is a state-of-the-art facility designed to transform patient care for the Surrey community and beyond. Combining advanced medical technologies with compassionate care, the NSHBCCC will offer a comprehensive array of services ranging from diagnostics to specialized cancer treatments.

At almost 1,000,000 sq. ft., the facility will house a three-level energy centre, three levels of underground parking, and a ten-level core hospital with an integrated Cancer Centre. The Cancer Centre will offer advanced treatments such as radiation and systemic therapies, molecular imaging, supportive care, and innovative technologies, supporting BC’s 10-Year Cancer Action Plan to address cancer prevention, detection, and treatment.

As a design-build subcontractor, we are leading the impressive scope of electrical work for this all-electric hospital. Our responsibilities include designing and implementing all electrical infrastructure across the project, with support from our Project Planning Services team.
