  • SICA Trade Excellence Award

First West Credit Union is British Columbia’s third-largest credit union. The
Penticton office underwent a full renovation to their existing three-story branch
office. The renovation consisted of completely removing the walls, floors, ceiling,
and all the electrical and mechanical.

With an open concept design, glass office walls, adaptive lighting and lighting
control, custom floor boxes for data and electrical, and live wall incorporated
into the stairway, the renovation updated the facility’s ambience and allowed for
better use of space.

Our multi-disciplined team was able to provide electrical and technology
solutions for the main electrical, lighting, and structured cabling scope. The work
included a service upgrade, raceways/cable trays, receptacles, lighting, lighting
control, data/communication, custom live wall lighting, custom floor boxes for
power and data, fire alarm, and electrical for mechanical components.

We also supported the demolition with circuitry identification, de-energization,
and ensuring all electrical components were safe for removal.
