Frequently Asked Questions
How does the process work (from service request to project close)?
To book a service request, you can call our 24/7 support number or book service online. From there, we will arrange a mutually convenient time for our electrician to go to your house to perform the work. Our electrician will walk you through what work will be performed and answer any of the questions you may have.
Once the work is completed, our electrician will provide you with a copy of the work order which includes the length of time to complete the work, the materials used, and a clear scope of work. If you do not have an account with Houle, you will be invoiced cash on delivery. Upon leaving your home, we will take away any unwanted materials resulting from the work performed (that will fit into our service van) and recycle them as appropriately.
Do I need to obtain a permit?
Houle coordinates permits and inspections for all work that we complete.
Who is performing the work?
Seasoned and licensed professional electrician(s) who is/are personable, courteous, and respectable will perform the work.
