Compensation and Benefits

Different events are held throughout the regions from lunches and barbeques on jobsites, to potluck lunches in the offices. Each regional office also hosts annual summer barbeques, family picnics, and camping trips to provide opportunities for employees and their families to spend time together. Christmas parties are held in each region to celebrate the holiday season.
At Houle, we take safety very seriously. Houle is COR certified; audited yearly to ensure that we meet and maintain the highest safety standards in the country. Our safety program is very extensive and has resources and procedures to handle any situation encountered as an employee of Houle.
