  • Design-Assist
    Houle takes a concept-to-completion approach with the design process. Our team of in-house engineers, technologists, lighting specialists, and project managers will work closely with the entire project team to develop concepts, drawings, specifications, operational documents, and training aids required to construct and operate the facility.
  • Design-Build
    Houle takes a concept-to-completion approach with the design process.  Our team of in-house engineers, lighting specialists, and project managers will work closely with the entire project team to develop the drawings and specifications required to construct the facility.
  • CAD/BIM
    Houle uses the latest computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) programs for pre-construction coordination. Using BIM for clash detection, we can anticipate and manage potential problems before the start of construction, minimizing expensive delays and rework costs.
  • Project Management
    Houle is equipped to manage any project as either a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor. Our team of highly qualified project managers are recognized for our ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Construction Execution
    From workforce mobilization to deployment and installation, project management to commissioning, the unmatched expertise of our engineers, project managers, estimators, and purchasing agents ensures precisely planned and well executed projects.

    Houle has a history of successfully delivering General Contracting projects for jobs where the electrical scope is larger than other trades. When acting as a General Contractor, Houle self performs electrical, structured network cabling, security, low voltage systems, building controls and automation, process controls and instrumentation, and integration.

  • Post Project Support
    Following project completion, Houle's dedicated Service Team is available for any of your post-project inquiries and maintenance support. All installation work is warranted by Houle 12-months after installation. Clients can enroll in an optional Service Maintenance Agreement that can incorporate numerous services to keep your facility fully functioning.

    Whether you need an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for emergency power to a load when the input power source or main power fails and/or a generator for your backup power supply, Houle can supply, install, test, and maintain your facilities' UPS and/or generator.
  • Lighting & Lighting Controls – Indoor/Outdoor
    Houle offers in-house lighting design, consultation, installation, and maintenance services. We can design a lighting scheme that automatically turns on and off based on motion sensor activation and/or set scheduling. Features can include daylight harvesting, occupancy and vacancy detection, shade control, scheduling, scene control, energy monitoring, and remote access.
  • Fire Alarm
    Houle can upgrade, replace, and/or install an existing or new fire alarm system at your facility.

  • Variable Frequency Drives
    A Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is an adjustable-speed drive used in electro-mechanical drive systems to control AC motor speed and torque by varying motor input frequency and voltage.  Houle supplies, installs, commissions, and services VFDs, providing you with energy savings, improved motor control, and lower inrush current for your system.
