Applying to Houle

Our current opportunities provide an up-to-date listing of all positions we are hiring for across the company, complete with specific application instructions.

If you are shortlisted for an interview, you can expect one to two interviews where you will meet with HR and the hiring manager(s). Additional requirements during the application process can include work samples, skills testing, and reference checks.

Please note that as a union employer, though Houle can directly hire qualified electricians, all apprentices are hired through the IBEW. In the Lower Mainland, please visit the Electrical Joint Training Committee website to find all the information you need to apply for an apprenticeship. In all other areas of British Columbia, please contact your local IBEW office.
